A Whole Day Workshop for students who intend
to study Art & Design at university.


 

 “The Face of Pain” is a totally hands-on workshop to learn the techniques and secrets of making faces look like they are a CSI victim or have had a disagreement with an axe murderer.  

Chris Maughan
, SFX make up and effects artist and Head of the Cambridge School of Visual and Performing Arts will teach you the secrets and techniques of “prosthetics” and will help you create facial cuts, slashes, bruises and scars. These specialist skills are much sought after in the Visual Arts industry and also great fun to do!

Requirements: Come full of enthusiasm and be prepared to get covered in Blood and have a whole new face to go home in!

Who should attend?: High School students (Juniors & Seniors) who want to study any aspect of Art or Design at university, particularly overseas and in the UK. The workshop is open to students of ISM, Brent, BSM, Reedley, Cebu International High School, Southville International School, Eurocampus, Xavier, ICA, Poveda, Colegio De San Agustin and DLSZ.

How do I get a place?: Fill up the attached registration form and fax it to 811-8377 or e-mail it to intl_edu_specialists@pldtdsl.net. Then call 819-1001/02 to ensure that we have received it and you have a place. Give a copy of your registration form to your school Art Teacher and let your school know you are attending. Places are limited to 30, so organize your slot now.
