World-class chefs would kill for a Le Cordon Bleu qualifications; now, your own dream of earning that coveted blue ribbon has become more affordable.
Le Cordon Bleu, in partnership with North Metropolitan TAFE, offers a generous AU $20K tuition fee scholarship to any successful candidate to its Bachelor of Business degree at its Perth (Australia) campus for both its July 2016 and January 2017 intake.
“The scholarship is for international students who wish to pursue a career in Tourism or Events Management,” said Helen Bartholomew, founder of International Education Specialists (Inter-Ed), the country’s pioneer and premier student placement center and a partner of Le Cordon Bleu.
Le Cordon Bleu is a world renowned institution and one of the most sought-after qualifications and considered as the ‘standard’ in the hospitality, and culinary/gastronomy industry.
Prospective applicants may submit a 500-word essay detailing their hospitality experience and business goals and meet the school’s entry criteria.
“For scholarship processing, applicants must show that they have graduated from high school (grade 12 or its equivalent), obtain an IELTS score of 6 with no band less than 5.5 (academic or general module are accepted), completed the international and scholarship application forms,” said Le Cordon Blue.
Both degree programs have been designed with considerable input from industry and incorporate two work-based learning experiences that will enable students to apply and contextualize their on-campus theoretical studies, and to strengthen their industry networks.
Le Cordon Bleu said that these degrees focus on career development which means which enable students to be equipped with the skills, confidence, and qualities to succeed in a variety of middle and upper management roles, within rapidly growing industry sectors.
